Submission Guidelines
Editable, print ready PDFs are preferred but we can typically work with most high resolution images and vectorized art. At least 300dpi is recommended when using photographic files. When sending files, please include all supported fonts, linked images, etc. as a package export within Adobe InDesign (File>Package). You may also convert items such as fonts to outlines to ensure correct file printing.
Submitting Artwork
Files are accepted by email (up to 20MB), FTP site or CD drop off in our Raleigh office.

Adobe Illustrator (.eps, .ai)
Adobe Photoshop (.psd, .jpeg, .tiff)
Adobe InDesign (.indd)

Turnaround Time and Rush Fees
Artwork must be received by 2pm in order to ensure 24 hour turnaround on most products. Orders that require same day service may inquire a rush fee.
Proofing Process
A fee of $11.50 per hard copy proof is available for custom prints and canvases. Please note that approval time is not included in our service turnaround time.
Recommended File Sizes and Resolution
Files that need to be altered to meet print guidelines may require an additional fee. We recommend these file sizes as a reference for our printed products. If you have any questions about file preparation please feel free to contact us for assistance.
